ggqq Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggqq ("ggqq", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ggqq website located at https://ggqq.im and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the ggqq service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Accounts subject to verification may be restricted until the process is complete.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will promptly notify ggqq of any changes to your registration details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your ggqq account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.

• You must keep your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person.
• ggqq will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ggqq immediately. ggqq may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You must not allow any other person, including minors, to access or use your account under any circumstances.

ggqq is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication, available via your account security settings, to provide an additional layer of protection.

ggqq reserves the right to close or suspend any account, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such circumstances, ggqq may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ggqq supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳):

• bKash — Mobile financial service operated by bKash Limited
• Nagad — Mobile financial service operated by the Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile financial service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited
• Upay — Mobile financial service operated by UCB Fintech Company Limited

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your ggqq wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. ggqq does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. ggqq reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe may be held pending further review.

All funds deposited with ggqq must be derived from legitimate sources. ggqq operates strict anti-money laundering procedures. Any suspected attempt to use the Platform for money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ggqq offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless a wagering requirement has been satisfied as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer multiple times, including via multiple accounts, constitute abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses that remain uncompleted at the expiry of the promotional period will be voided and removed from the account.
• ggqq reserves the right to modify the terms of any active bonus, or to withdraw any bonus offer, at any time without prior notice, where it determines that a player has acted in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer or these Terms.
• Bonus funds may be restricted from use in certain game categories. Specific restrictions, if applicable, will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Players are advised to review the full terms of each individual promotion before claiming. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the ggqq Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and sports betting rules. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you agree to be bound by the relevant rules for that game or market. The following general betting rules apply across all verticals on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ggqq does not permit cancellation or amendment of bets after they have been accepted by the system, except as expressly provided in the specific game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, ggqq reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amounts to player accounts. This determination is made at ggqq's sole discretion.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final accepted odds for that bet.
• ggqq reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or game at any time, at its sole discretion, including in respect of individual players.
• Casino games are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game operates under its own certified RNG. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG and are not influenced by ggqq.

Cricket betting markets on ggqq cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures. Specific settlement rules for each market type are available within the individual market descriptions on the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, ggqq's decision is final and binding.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggqq Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials, or otherwise deceiving ggqq or other players.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including chip dumping in poker variants, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the Platform.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence systems, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform, except as explicitly permitted in writing by ggqq.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering or the financing of unlawful conduct.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one ggqq account, including under different names, email addresses, or payment methods, for the purpose of obtaining additional bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or system glitches in the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected bug are void and must be returned to ggqq.
• Minor Access: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ggqq account or the Platform in any capacity.

8 Responsible Gaming

ggqq is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of account balance resulting from a breach of the account security obligations in Section 3.

ggqq's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ggqq account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ggqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ggqq will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will display a notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account and withdraw any available balance.
